Hike For Help
Hike for Help is a non profit organization that helps rural communities in Nepal in partnership partnership with the Colorado School of Mines with focused, high impact projects that are designed to create sustainable pathways for communities in the Himalayas to improve the lives of the Nepalese people.
Examples are the restoration of local trails, the construction of the first public restrooms at the base camp trail of Mount Everest, clothing drives, the development of a public workshop to build and sell local crafts and the construction of the primary care clinic in Hewa Thaksindu, in Nepal to name a few.
